Technology Coordinator

As a Technology Coordinator at AsystYOU Technology, you will serve as the primary representative for our growing presence in the region. This role blends office coordination, client relationship management, and some hands-on technical support to help ensure our clients receive responsive, professional service.

You will act as the bridge between our centralized technical team and clients by coordinating support, maintaining strong community relationships, and providing on-site assistance when needed. This position is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being a trusted resource.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners
  • Represent AsystYOU Technology professionally in the community
  • Coordinate service requests between clients and the technical team
  • Provide hands-on support at client locations when needed
  • Maintain organized day-to-day operations for the regional office
  • Support administrative and operational tasks for the office
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and internal documentation processes
  • Help maintain accurate records and support internal reporting as needed
  • Document site visits, activities, and client interactions
  • Support project coordination
  • Help ensure clients receive timely communication and follow-through

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote office environment
  • Basic technical aptitude and comfort working around IT equipment
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed
  • Professional presence when interacting with municipal and business clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment

Preferred (but not required):

  • Prior experience in IT, MSP, or technical support environment
  • Experience working with local government or business clients
  • Familiarity with networking or computer hardware
  • Experience with administrative, invoicing, or bookkeeping-related tasks

Tier 2 IT Service Technician

As an IT Service Technician at AsystYOU Technology you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, providing guidance to lower level technicians, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of network and system administration.

The job requires a strong technical background and experience working with different computer systems and software applications. You will work both independently and as part of a team and will be expected to keep up-to-date with new technologies and IT trends. A degree in computer science or a related field and certifications in specific hardware or software systems may be required for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the networking platform
  • Troubleshoot network & system issues 
  • Monitor active network and server infrastructure 
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment 
  • Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
  • Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
  • Cabling, racking, and equipment installation
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a network or systems administrator
